Summit Worship Audition Application

We are excited that you desire to use your gifts and love for music to serve the church! This application is the first of several steps in the process of helping you join a service team at The Summit Church. Our primary goal through this process is not to get you on a stage, but to help you find the best place to use your gifts to the glory of God. We are grateful for the opportunity to get to know you better!

*Please note that your application is not complete until you have submitted both this questionnaire portion AND submitted a video following the guidelines below.

Please complete the video application portion in a quiet space to ensure your singing-playing can be heard clearly. Record a video singing-playing a verse and chorus of a song of your choice. If you are singing, feel free to sing with or without an instrument. Please include your link in the space provided at the end of this application (YouTube, Google Drive, Vimeo, etc.)
