Semester Missions

Semester Missions

Semester missions is an opportunity to serve alongside one of the Summit’s church planters or strategic partners around the world for a semester through the Hands On program with the International Mission Board and also through Café 1040.

Hands On provides semester-long opportunities for college students and young adults to serve Christ with a missionary mentor. Café 1040 offers three-month overseas mentorship opportunities in the 1040 window for those seeking to serve in that area for a longer period of time in the future.

Students in both programs will help people in spiritual and physical need, learn from experienced international missionaries, explore and investigate future service overseas, learn to boldly and sensitively share Christ with the lost, and experience the joys and challenges of serving in another culture.

When: January-June or July-December
Cost: $3,950
Where: Taiwan, North Africa, India, Nepal, and other locations
Next Steps: Contact GoNow if you are interested in completing a Hands-On term.
