Two thousand years ago, the Apostle Paul said, "Our citizenship is in heaven." But what does that mean for the way we live in this earthly country—especially when it comes to politics? In recent years, politics has been a source of tremendous division, not only for our country, but for the church as well. How do we avoid such division in an increasingly polarized society? As we approach a contentious election season, this short series addresses how we can fix our eyes on our heavenly citizenship while still using our earthly citizenship for the sake of the gospel.
